Is there a return policy?
We really want you to love your product! If you have any questions please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you. Featured notebooks have limited quantities so at this stage we are unable to offer any refunds or returns but please email us with any concerns and we will do our best to make things right! Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen orders once they have been shipped.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Just send us a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help!
How can I cancel an order I have placed?
As long as the order has not been processed, you can cancel the order. Processing usually happens within 24 hours of ordering.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. You will receive a second email once your order is being shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are given a tracking number once they are processed. You’ll receive your tracking number in your email after your order has shipped.
Where are your journals printed?
Our journals are printed and bound by a select group of local printers and binderies in Toronto, Canada.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
All of our products are environmentally responsible and FSC approved without compromising on quality. We manufacture locally in our community minimizing our carbon footprint!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay
Do you ship Internationally?
Are additional fees included when ordering Internationally?
Orders do not include import duties, taxes and other charges in the item price. Please check your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs prior to purchasing. Shipping can take anywhere from 6 - 14 business days to arrive after processing. Due to the current climate, please expect delays.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is anywhere from 1-3 business days. This does not include transit time.
Can I ship a gift to someone?
Yes you can, just make sure you email us before you place an order so we can include a gift note :)
